Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the ShinyWidgets mobile application (the “App”) published by Inspidered.org. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you obtained the App from Google Play, Google’s terms also apply to your download and any purchase.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

Purchases and unlocks

• The App is free to install and includes two full themes at no cost.
• The remaining themes unlock together through a single one-time in-app purchase made through Google Play. The unlock applies to your Google account per Google Play’s terms.
• Promotional or beta “redeem” codes, where offered, grant the same unlock at no charge and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy; we do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, text, and other content in the App are the property of Inspidered.org and are protected by copyright and other laws. The rules-style gameplay is inspired by the engine-building genre; all art and presentation in the App are original and owned by us. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any content to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to break the law, to interfere with or attempt to compromise the App or our servers, or to circumvent purchase or licensing controls.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inspidered.org will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.

Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
